The teacherIf you manage to have the right combination of those two, then you will most probably become an inspired and zen yoghi.I chose to attend Tuesday evening classes. The location is absolutely perfect, in an elegant, large, yet cosy Parisian living-room. Ila gently accompanies you through a boosting yoga session : the fact that her classes are not too crowded gives you the opportunity to have your postures adjusted and thus enjoy the beauty of a “friendly” and fun yoga. While listening to a soft piano music and to mantras, your mind travels away and you find yourself in India, far away from the urban stress.Next step : a reinvigorating and healthy yoga retreat in the French forests to align the chakras. My first yoga class was a joke for me and I was very skeptical. Thanks to the patience and dedication of my favorite teacher, Ilaria, I am now totally in love with the practice and I just can’t get enough of it. She also helped me treating a knee injury, which is now completely healed
